American Sign Language

SOURCES offers free American Sign Language classes for individuals, family, or professionals interested in learning. 

Disclaimer: Our ASL classes do not prepare individuals to be sign language interpreters.

Brain Injury Support Group

In partnership with UAMS, this support group offers opportunities for understanding shared experiences and resources for survivors living with a brain injury, or the caregivers supporting someone who has a brain injury. 

 

Caregiver Support Group

Monthly on the first Monday, 2:30-3:30 pm (Central).

Job Club - Employment Skills Training

This group offers support for individuals as they seek employment. The classes include information on how to complete job applications that appeal to employers, as well as interview preparation. 

Weekly on Mondays, 10 am-12:30 pm (Central).

Peer Support Group - Adult

Connecting adults (18 and over) with disabilities to one another to share life experiences and support each other through similar barriers.

Connecting youth (14-17) with disabilities to one another to share life experiences, explore transitions to adulthood and support each other through encountered barriers.

Self-Advocacy Skills Group

A group for individuals with disabilities to learn about speaking up for themselves and how to break barriers encountered as an individual with a disability.
